Esta nota salió en el Economist the esta semana. Lo interesante es como incluso las compañías trasnacionales comienzan un proceso casi orgánico. Unas degluten a otras, que incluso buscan defenderse. (¿No pueden decidir no vender?) El proceso legal y burocrático (mergers & acquisitions) vendría a ser como el proceso de digestión de un animal sobre otro.
